1. Remote workers

Employee wellness includes both physical and mental health and HR departments will play a key role in helping workers manage their health by encouraging a healthy work-life balance and healthy living practices. In addition, safety protocols for Covid-19 will continue to be important as well as the implementation of employee wellness programs that focus on both physical and mental health.

3. Increased focus on cybersecurity

Several large businesses were hacked or had data breaches in 2021. 4. Promoting from within

Most businesses are experiencing the challenges of hiring and retaining enough workers right now. In 2022, we will see a trend toward promoting from within the organization.
