1. Take time to exercise

2. Take a break before bedtime

3. Stay organized
Before you wrap up for the day, add any unfinished tasks to your to-do list so you know they will be handled. Set online calendar reminders that will pop up to remind you to take care of important tasks by a deadline. Stay on top of your inbox; after an email has been handled, delete it or save it in an appropriate folder. An overloaded inbox can create stress!
4. Set aside a day for your “life”
Working seven days a week makes it very hard to handle things like grocery shopping, laundry, and tidying your house. It also makes it hard to do leisure activities or to spend time with friends and family. Choose a day (or at least half a day) that’s for you and stick to it every week.
5. Find a mentor or group for support
